Yes kivo.ai offers kivo.ai chat application as a separate application that can used for creating internal groups and for personal messaging. However it is a separate application not embedded in the dashboard.

No, kivo.ai doesn't have the feature to send a direct message within a project, however it offers a separate kivo.ai chat application for messaging.

Yes, you can oversee all the activities that are going on the project IF you are part of it. Only the admin can view all the current ongoing projects and view the activities.

If you are assigned as the admin, then only in project dashboard you can get overview off all the on-going projects in kivo.ai.

The assigned user doesn't have the privilege to delete the task or modify it. The user can only change it’s status.

Yes kivo.ai allows setting the timelines for the assigned task to the user. It allows you to mark whether a task is of high priority.
